Camp Morrow’s Junior Camp # 1 (entering grades 4-6th) July 15-20th
CIY MOVE (entering grades 9th – college freshman) July 30th-4th
Camp Morrows’ Primary Camp (entering grades 2-3rd) August 2nd-3rd
*Parents, if your child is going to Camp Morrow please register them online at www.campmorrow.org There will also be no transportation to or from Morrow this year; it is your responsibility to take and pick up your camper. Scholarships for all the camps above will be available in the coming weeks! If you have any questions, please contact Mark Hammer at 541-408-1285.
Ignite - Thank You!
We
had an amazing time ministering to our children through our
IGNITE pro-gram this year! It could not have happened
without the many hours of preparation and hands on work from
our volunteers. I want to say thank you to Mandie and Ted
Pitt for stepping up and directing this year’s
program—“God’s Amazing Race.” These directors put a lot of
time and energy into the event, and they were also
strengthened by an amazing support team: Donna Palmer, Tia
and Warren Anderson, Jeri Galbreath, Mike Holloran, Na-than
and Dottie Hansen, Lindsey Hammer, Chad Morrison, Shelly and
Dorian Lovett, Jessica Nisbet, Trevor Bachofner, Faith
Hodges, Jacob Hol-loran, Kristin and Abby Pitt, Ariel
Argueta, and Ashley and Kayla Berish. If you see these
people around, thank them for their help in building our
church through the children’s ministry!

May
18th at 6pm is our annual dessert auction! Please
put this on your calendar! Through this event, we’ll be
raising financial support for our summer camps, yearly
events, and most importantly our Dream Center trip in
August!

Used Printer Cartridges
Our
Youth Group is collecting your old, used printer cartridges
as a fund raiser. It doesn’t matter what kind of printer you
use, we want your used cartridges! Please drop them in the
designated container in the front entry alcove or give them
to Mark Hammer.
Dream Center 2012
Once
again, we are planning to take a group of high school
students to the Dream Center in downtown Los Angeles in the
summer of 2012. The date for the trip is set for August
18th-27th. Cost will be around $480; we will be fundraising
for the majority of the costs. If you’re a high school
student pray about this opportunity! Application Packets for
the trip can be picked up from Mark Hammer.
